What is a Matchday VIP Experience?

A Matchday VIP Experience allows you the flexibility and choice to enjoy the match you want in the way you want it. Packages are available to purchase for a one-off game, for the fixture of your choice.

For many fans, football’s more than just a game, and Matchday VIP is more than just watching it. It’s the build-up, the anticipation, the excitement. It’s being waited on hand and foot, watching all the action from some of the best seats in the house.  With Matchday VIP you don’t just get ninety minutes of football, you get a winning combination that makes for one unforgettable day out at the Theatre of Dreams.

Important Matchday Information

Is kick-off likely to change?

Until confirmed, any fixture date could change due to how games are shown on television and participation in other competitions. If your chosen game does change, we will email you confirming this. With this in mind, it is important that you do not finalise any travel arrangements until the date and kick-off time of the fixture is confirmed. The best way to keep up-to-date with all our fixtures is by regularly visiting www.manutd.com.

 

How / when will I get my tickets?

Please see below postage and collection details. Tickets are dispatched once the game is confirmed.

Tickets will be held for collection if you have already pre-arranged this at time of booking or if the fixture is imminent.

UK & Northern Ireland

Tickets will be posted 1st Class Royal Mail approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the fixture.

Europe

Tickets will be posted Standard International Mail approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the fixture.

Rest Of The World

Your tickets will be automatically held for collection. You will receive an email with all the collection information you need.

How do I receive my complimentary car parking pass?

If you are travelling to Old Trafford by car and wish to park, your Matchday VIP Experience Package entitles you to a complimentary car park pass.

If you have already requested a car park pass at time of booking, this will arrive with your tickets. For collections, you will be able to park temporarily until you receive your package.

Lancashire Package

Complimentary car parking is included in the Lancashire Package. On arrival collect a parking ticket at the entrance barriers and a member of the welcome team will exchange it for a ticket to exit the car park. As this is a barrier system, you do not need a car park pass in advance.

What should I wear?

Red Café Pre/Post Match, Museum and Lancashire Package

CASUAL DRESS CODE:
Strictly no away team colours or shorts. No attire displaying offensive language or imagery. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.

SMART CASUAL DRESS CODE:
Strictly no shorts, sportswear including trainers or football shirts. Smart jeans are permitted. This dress code does not apply to children under 12. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable. 

Who do I tell about special dietary requirements?

If you or your guests have any special dietary requirements please call our Matchday Operations Team on 0161 868 8000 (option 2, 3 then 1) or email matchday.vip@manutd.co.uk at least five working days before the game. Please note kosher meals incur an additional cost of £65 per person.

What if our visit is for a special occasion?

In addition to enjoying your fantastic Matchday VIP Experience, we have many options available to enhance your day at Old Trafford. From ordering flowers and balloons to Manchester United celebration cakes, we can help add that extra touch for all occasions. For more information and to request an order form please email matchday.vip@manutd.co.uk. Please note, these are at an additional charge and require at least 10 working days' notice.

Should I buy a programme?

There will be an official match programme waiting for you and your guests in your suite as this is included as part of your hospitality package.

Is smoking allowed?

Old Trafford Stadium is a no-smoking area. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in all areas. Stewards are briefed to be vigilant for anyone in breach of this rule and offending supporters will be asked to leave the stadium. Please note that once you have entered the stadium, should you wish to go back outside, you will not be permitted back into the stadium.
