Important Matchday Information

Once you’ve completed your booking you will receive your Matchday VIP pack in the post (or by other pre-arranged methods of collecting if the fixture date is imminent). Your match pack contains everything you’ll need to ensure your day at the Theatre of Dreams is one to remember. Here’s a few frequently asked questions to help you make the most of your visit to Old Trafford.

Is kick-off likely to change?

Any fixture date could change due to various reasons and often at short notice. The best way to keep up-to-date with all our fixtures is by regularly visiting www.manutd.com. If the fixture date of your chosen game does change, your ticket will remain valid for that game. With this in mind it is important that you do not finalise any travel arrangements until the date and kick-off time of the fixture is confirmed.

What should I wear?

Please refer to your itinerary for the dress code relevant to your suite.  Dress codes need to be strictly adhered to otherwise you will be refused entry to your hospitality package.

Should I buy a programme?

There will be an official match programme waiting for you and your guests in your suite as this is included as part of your hospitality package.

Who do I tell about special dietary requirements?

If you or your guests have any special dietary requirements please call our Client Relations Team on 0161 868 8000 (option 2 then 4) or email matchdayvip@manutd.co.uk at least five working days before the game and they will sort everything out for you. Please note, kosher meals incur an additional cost of £65 per person.

How do I get to my seats?

Your room M.C. will advise you when to make your way to the stadium seats which you will access via the entrance shown on your ticket. If you have chosen a Red Café post-match package, you will make your way to the stadium seating indicated on your ticket upon arrival at the stadium.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Old Trafford is a no smoking stadium and smoking throughout the stadium is against the law. For security reasons if you leave the stadium for any reason you will not be allowed to return to your hospitality suite.

What if our visit is for a special occasion?

In addition to enjoying your fantastic Matchday VIP experience, please be aware we have many items available to enhance your day at Old Trafford, from pre-booking your wine, ordering flowers and birthday cakes for any special occasions. There will be an extra charge, and you will need to let us know 14 days in advance, but we’d love to help you make it an unforgettable day. Simply send your requirements to matchdayvip@manutd.co.uk. Do you offer non-match day hospitality?

Old Trafford also offers a wide range of meeting and event facilities that are available on non-match days. Whether it be a conference, gala dinner or awards ceremony, United Events has the flexibility of space and dedicated event planning team to accommodate your every need manutd.com/unitedevents.
